Do not exfoliate your skin for a week before the treatment. 

Do not remove hair from the treated area for two days before the treatment. 

Stop using Omega 3 a week before the treatment. 

Caffeine and energy drinks increase metabolism, which can make the treatment feel more painful, so if you are sensitive to pain, it is advisable to avoid consuming these products before the treatment.

After the treatment, the skin may feel warm, tingly, itchy, or stinging. 1-2 days after the treatment, the skin may feel generally tender, it may be intensely red, and there may be slight swelling.

The channels created by microneedling remain open for about 1 hour after the skin treatment. Avoid using makeup and strong skincare products on the skin on the same day. The skin can be washed normally in the evening, and aftercare is applied according to recommendations.

Avoid exercise, sweating, swimming, and sauna on the same day. Avoid direct sunlight for about 1 week after the microneedling treatment.

The results of mesotherapy start to become visible on the skin approximately 4-6 weeks after the first treatment. The results improve gradually with a series of treatments, which are always planned individually depending on your skin. As a general rule, microneedling treatment should be repeated every 4-6 weeks about 3-5 times, and then as maintenance treatment every two months.

With injections, the results of the treatment become visible more quickly, sometimes even the next day. With microneedling, the results may take weeks to appear. 

Fewer treatment sessions are needed with injections compared to microneedling. Biorevitalization requires 3 treatment sessions, while mesotherapy requires 5-10 sessions. Microneedling is a less painful option.
