We are a growing and developing company in the wellness and beauty industry since 2009. We have a multidisciplinary team, including beauticians, eyelash technicians, practical nurses, a solution-focused short-term therapist, trained masseurs, and a trained podiatrist.
We operate as a training salon for cosmetology students and other industry professionals. Our team regularly includes interns and beauty students completing their practical training.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
We prefer the use of online booking for appointments. This reduces the possibility of human errors, for example, regarding your personal information and the service being booked. You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment, which includes details about the booked service, time, place, and a link to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT
We do not accept cancellations by phone or email. When you made your appointment, you received an email from us regarding the booking. In that email, you will find a link to cancel your appointment. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive instructions on how to make a payment according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. The company reserves the right to charge for cancellations as follows: Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment 50%, and no-show 100%.
Are you sick? Use the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation and contact the clinic for a refund. For no-shows, the charge is always 100%.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods: Klarna, card, Mobilepay, ePassi (classic massages), and Edenred (massages).
Discontinued payment methods: Cash has been removed from the payment options due to low usage
.GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The last usage date is marked on the gift card. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, but it can be used for another service of equivalent value at Studio C-kaari.
Is your gift card about to expire?
You can extend the validity of your gift card by 6 months for a fee of €20 if you contact us before the gift card's last usage date. Send us an email or give us a call!
STUDENTS
We have Gradian cosmetology students and Gradian NY entrepreneurs working with us. The work of the NY entrepreneurs is charged at VAT 0 as they are not liable for value-added tax.
We also have Gradian massage therapy students working with us. Massages are VAT 0. They work with their own business IDs and are not liable for value-added tax.
We accept the Slice student card.
