Delivery, Cancellation and Return Terms

1. Ordering and payment
The online store sells skincare products, other retail products and gift cards for Studio C-Kaari services. Prices are
stated in euros and include applicable value-added tax (VAT). Any delivery charges are shown before the order is
confirmed. An order becomes binding when the customer accepts the obligation to pay and the order is
confirmed. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. Available payment
methods are displayed at checkout.

2. Delivery of products
Cosmetic products can be delivered by post or collected from the Studio C-Kaari salon in Jyväskylä. Available
delivery methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before the order is
confirmed. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact the customer to agree on how to proceed or
arrange a refund.

3. Right of withdrawal and product returns

As a general rule, consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase of goods within 14 days of
receiving the product, without giving a reason. A clear withdrawal notice must be submitted before the
withdrawal period expires. The product must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is
submitted. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Customers may examine a product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning in the same way as
they could in a physical shop. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for that purpose and its
value has decreased, a justified deduction for diminished value may be made where permitted by law. If use has
rendered the product entirely unsaleable, the reduction in value may equal the full purchase price. Any reduction
is assessed case by case.

Where goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons were supplied with an appropriate
seal, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once that seal has been broken. Opening ordinary packaging
alone does not remove the right of withdrawal. For Studio C-Kaari cosmetics supplied without a seal, the normal
withdrawal rules and any justified reduction in value generally apply.

Products may be returned to the salon or sent by post to the stated return address. Complaints concerning
defective products are handled separately in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

4. Refunds
Where a withdrawal is valid, we refund the payments received from the customer, including the cost of standard
outbound delivery. We do not have to refund any additional cost resulting from the customer choosing a delivery
method more expensive than our standard option. Refunds are made no later than 14 days after receipt of the
withdrawal notice. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or the customer
provides evidence of having sent them. Refunds are generally made using the original payment method unless
expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Gift card delivery and validity
Standard Studio C-Kaari gift cards are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated
on the gift card. The gift card is delivered using the delivery method indicated at checkout. Gift cards cannot be
exchanged for cash. Unless specific gift card terms state otherwise, the value of a standard gift card may also be
used towards another Studio C-Kaari service. The validity period may be extended by six months for a fee of EUR
20 if the extension is requested before the original expiry date. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer
rights.

6. Right of withdrawal for gift cards
As a general rule, a service gift card purchased online is subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of
purchase, unless applicable law provides otherwise. The right of withdrawal may cease if the service has been
fully performed during the withdrawal period at the customer's express request and the customer has agreed in
advance to losing the right of withdrawal. If performance begins during the withdrawal period at the customer's
express request, any amount payable for services already provided is determined by applicable law.

7. Services paid for with employee benefits
Services purchased using Epassi, Edenred or Smartum are personal and may only be used in accordance with the
terms of the relevant employee benefit. Such services cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for
cash or exchanged for products or services outside the scope of the employee benefit. Any cancellations and
refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider's terms.

8. Booking and cancelling appointments
Purchasing a gift card and booking a treatment appointment are separate actions. Studio C-Kaari's appointment
cancellation terms are as follows: cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of
charge; cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the service
price; and missed appointments without cancellation may incur a charge of 100% of the service price.
Appointments can be cancelled using the cancellation link in the booking confirmation. In the event of illness,
customers should cancel the appointment and contact the salon to discuss the situation. These terms apply only
to the extent permitted by consumer protection law and do not remove any applicable statutory right of
withdrawal for distance purchases.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If a delivered product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are asked to contact Studio C-Kaari as soon as
possible. Product defects are handled in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. Statutory remedies
remain available even after the ordinary withdrawal period has expired.

10. Submitting a withdrawal notice
Customers may submit a withdrawal notice using the online store's withdrawal function or send an unequivocal
withdrawal notice to Studio C-Kaari. We ask customers to provide their name, order number, the product or
service to be cancelled and contact details for confirmation. A confirmation of receipt of notices submitted
through the withdrawal function is provided on a durable medium. No reason for withdrawal is required.

12. Applicable law
Orders placed through the online store are governed by Finnish law, particularly the Finnish Consumer Protection
Act. Consumers may seek advice from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and refer eligible disputes to the
