Access Bars treatment protocol
1. Initial Discussion: The treatment usually begins with a conversation where the client's needs and wishes are discussed, as well as any health considerations that should be taken into account.
2. Lying Down: The client lies down on their back on the treatment table and is encouraged to relax as much as possible. Background music suitable for the treatment atmosphere plays softly.
3. Activation of Bars Points: The therapist uses their fingers to gently activate 32 specific points on the client's head. Each point corresponds to a particular area of life. Touching these points is believed to release energy and eliminate limiting thought patterns.
4. Treatment Duration: The duration of the treatment can vary, but it typically lasts about 60–90 minutes. The client is encouraged to remain as relaxed as possible during the treatment.
5. Post-Treatment Discussion: After the treatment, it is good to give oneself time to recover and drink water. In some cases, the therapist and client may discuss experiences and feelings following the treatment.
